Zebu Cattle Ranch Wins Livestock Website Contest

March 1, 2017. EAGLE POINT, OR. - This week Zebu Cattle ranch of New Day Ranch of won a free basic livestock website through a new contest now offered monthly by www.Livestock of the World.com. The livestock organization created the contest to help livestock owners promote their ranch and animals. Livestock Of The World, Inc. is an Eagle Point based company that not only builds custom built livestock websites, but is the hub website of the livestock marketplace that represents 15 different types of livestock.

With over a billion people in the world depending on some aspect of the livestock industry - livelihood or food supply- the marketplace at www.LivestockOfAmerica.com is focused on helping livestock buyers and sellers connect to move livestock across the nation.

Livestock of the World.com also has products for sale from ranches across the nation and also offers livestock brokering services at www.livestockbrokeringworldwide.com. Ranchers can sign up for brokering services to promote and sell 11 types of animals locally as well as across the globe.

The livestock brokering services offers ranchers across many different types of animal species new ways to advertise their herd or individual animals for sale, and help ranchers connect with buyers. Livestock owners can list groups or individual animals for sale for a small yearly fee. Brokering services also include animal pricing assessments, banner ads, data entry services, professionally written descriptions, mass emails, press releases, and assistance and guidance through sales negotiations. The service also offers assistance with transportation arrangements.

“We help buyers and sellers every step of the way to sell their livestock, or purchase just what they are looking for,” says Kim Andresen, who heads up the brokering program for Livestock of the World, Inc.

Potential buyers are encouraged to contact LOTW when they are looking for specific livestock to purchase. For example Drew Scherschligt of Yakima, Washington was recently in search of a small herd of bred Angus cows, but he had tight budgetary and time requirements. He contacted LOTW and enlisted their livestock brokering services. “Kim and her team worked tirelessly to provide several options to purchase while keeping my price point in mind,” says Scherschligt.

“The brokering services are available to ranchers looking for cattle, bison/buffalo, yaks, pigs, working dogs, sheep, horses, alpacas, llamas, goats and emus”, says Andresen.

These new brokering services may be exactly what ranchers need to promote, and increase their livestock sales locally, and beyond.

In addition to the brokering services, LOTW provides a network of information on thousands of breeds of animals; member farm profiles categorized by region, and search capabilities for livestock ranchers to network and market their animals.

For more information on LOTW’s brokering services, please contact Kim Andresen at 541-879-1877or visit the website at www.LivestockBrokeringWorldwide.com.
