Belgian Fawn goats are from Belgium and are descended from Chamois Colored goats of Switzerland. As such, they are related to and similar to the Oberhasli goats bred in the United States.

They are horned, are black or brown, and have black skin. Adult males weigh on average 65 kg and females 60 kg with an average wither height of 81 cm and 71 cm respectively.
